Role Summary

You will help the CIW team with office tasks.
CIW checks social care and childcare in Wales.
This job lasts up to 12 months but could become permanent.
You can work full time or part time.
You will help keep services safe and good for people in Wales.

Key Tasks

Answer phone calls and emails for your team.
Sort and send mail, keep records up to date.
Organise meetings using Microsoft Teams or in meeting rooms.
Take notes during meetings and share them.
Help with preparing inspection and registration reports.
Use the CIW case system to record information carefully.
Support colleagues when needed.
Keep information private and follow data rules.

Skills and Experience

Good at using computers and email.
Able to speak and write clearly.
Can work well with others.
Keep information safe and confidential.
Willing to learn new skills and improve.
Able to provide help in Welsh and English if possible.

Pay and Hours

Salary starts at £27,302.
It can go up to £29,291.
Full time or part time available.
Job is fixed term for up to 12 months.

Location and Workplace

You can work anywhere in Wales.
Some meetings may be online or in office.
